Statistical analyses are performed using repeated measures ANOVA (Friedman's test for non-parametric data) and Bonferroni's or Dunn's Multiple comparison test, where appropriate. Comparisons between time points are made using a paired Student's t test or Wilcoxon test, where appropriate.
