Decision tree (using the CHAID algorithm) for predicting participation in a cardiac prevention and rehabilitation programme (CPRP) among 420 Jewish and Arab patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). At each node the best predictor for participation in CPRP was selected from multidimensional potential barriers and the optimal forecasting values were determined (CPRP categories: 0=did not participate in CPRP, 1=participated in CPRP).
