Effect of evodiamine on the proliferation of A549 human lung cancer cells. A549 cells were plated at 10,000 cells in 96-well plate in RPMI supplemented with 10% FBS, and incubated with the test compound as the indicated concentrations for 72 h. Anti-proliferative effect was determined using SRB assay. The values of % cell growth are calculated by the mean absorbance of samples/absorbance of vehicle- treated control. Data are represented as the means±S.D. (n=3).
