Measurements were carried out at 25°C in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.5) with 100 mM D-glucose as electron acceptor. The arrow indicates addition of POx (0.02 mg). The reduction of oxygen concentration was followed with an Oxygen microsensor.
