Washed platelets (2 × 10⁶) from Stxbp5 KO and WT mice were stimulated with or without 0.1 U/ml thrombin for 1 minute and then incubated with FITC-conjugated anti–P-selectin (A), FITC-conjugated LAMP-1 (B), or PE-conjugated JonA (C) Abs for 15 minutes at room temperature. Fluorescence intensities were measured by flow cytometry. Shown are representative data (black lines, resting; gray lines, stimulated) and geometric MFI (mean ± SEM) of 3 independent experiments.
