(A, C) The DOPAC levels and DOPAC/DA ratios were lower in Gnat1−/− compared to WT retinas at ZT22 (Students t-test, P < 0.01). The WT retinas showed a greater increase in DOPAC levels and DOPAC/DA ratio in the light phase compared to Gnat1−/− retinas. (B) DA levels were similar between day and night in WT and Gnat1−/− mice.
