The nuclear fraction of control cells (04-147) and cells depleted of CTCF, Rad21 or both simultaneously were analysed by SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting. β-Actin was used as a control when calculating changes in CTCF and Rad21 protein levels after siRNA-mediated knock down. Average protein amounts of at least three independent experiments are shown. Error bars represent standard deviation.
