Various measures of survival were extracted from lifespan experiments comparing wild-type Bristol N2 and DHHC or PPT mutant strains. Statistical tests were applied to values varying from the control using OASIS [73]. * p < 0.01 by the log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test. p < 0.01 by Fisher’s exact test.
