EPO triggers signaling via PI3K/Akt pathway in ETV6/RUNX1-positive leukemic cell lines. AT-1, AT-2, and REH cells were stimulated with 50 units/mL EPO or a cytokine mix (Cyt.mix) for 15 min.The PI3K inhibitor Ly294002 was used to show specificity of signaling.Whole-cell extracts were analyzed byWestern blotting and assessed for phosphorylation of AKT by a phospho-AKTantibody.Total AKT was used as loading control.
