(B) Leptin:OBR hexameric complex based on biochemical and molecular modeling data. In the hexameric complex, two molecules of leptin interact with four OBR protomers, where each leptin molecule binds OBR through the high affinity binding site II (to CRH2) and via the two lower affinity binding sites I (to CRH2) and III (to Ig domain).
