Unless otherwise noted, reaction conditions: substrate 1 (1.0 equiv), PPh₃AuCl (5 mol %), AgOTf (5 mol %), and Pd₂dba₃ (5 mol %) in dry CD₂Cl₂ (0.1 M substrate) were stirred at ambient temperature.

Reaction was carried out at 60 °C in DCE-d₄.

Catalysts loading: PPh₃AuCl (10 mol %), AgOTf (10 mol %), and Pd₂dba₃ (10 mol %).

¹H NMR yield and was determined based on the ratio of product 2i relative to mesitylene, which was used as an internal standard.

Reaction was carried out at 50 °C in DCE-d₄.
