Ratio of ERβ to ERα protein expressions in MCF-7 and T47D cell lines treated with Res or HPIMBD for 48 h. MCF-7 and T47D breast cancer cell lines were treated with vehicle (DMSO), 50 μM Res or HPIMBD for 48 h, which is the time point of maximal induction of ERβ and maximal inhibition of ERα in these cell lines. Proteins were isolated and western blot analyses were performed. Intensities of the bands were quantified and normalized to α-tubulin.
