The 13 gene transcripts shown were significantly up-regulated in the region between asynchronous injection sites in the double LCM series when injections were separated by 10 d, but not 4 d (0/13). In the 27–time point synchronous regeneration time series, these same transcripts showed the highest and consistent up-regulated between 9 and14 d. FC, fold change.
