MO4 cells, MO4 cells pretreated with IL-6 (50 ng/ml) and K1735-C4 melanoma cells were treated with the indicated doses of AZD1480 and after 48 hours the percentage of apoptotic cells was determined by flow cytometry using Annexin-V/7-AAD staining.
