Pearson correlation coefficients were reported for each B-M index and both total hip (TH) and lumbar spine (LS) areal bone mineral density (aBMD) T-scores. TH aBMD T-scores were computed using a normal race-specific population of men previously described by Looker et al (1998) [18].
