Neighbor-joining phylogenic tree based on nucleotide sequences corresponding to 2023 to 2832 of ORF30. Labels in the tree are accession numbers. All sequences were obtained from GenBank. Numbers are bootstrap values greater than 70%. The tree was constructed by SplitsTree [9]. The scale bar is given by average number of mutations per site.
