L148S is strongly uncoupled from Gαq/11 signaling. COS7 cells were transiently transfected with WT KISS1R or L148S. Kp-10–stimulated InsP3 accumulation was measured by conversion of prelabeled [2-3H]myoinositol to [3H]IP. Data are percentage of maximum response.
