(A) Coomassie brilliant blue staining of purified recombinant full-length MHM2 and MHM2Δ23-88. (B) PrP^Sc(RML) and PrP^Sc(22L) are pulled down with recombinant full-length MHM2 and MHM2Δ23-88. However, the signal for PrP^Sc(RML) pulled down with MHM2Δ23-88 is very faint, compared to that for PrP^Sc(22L). Arrows indicate non-specific signals that might be derived from the anti-His4 ab-Protein G beads used in this assay.
