Panel A shows a representative Western blot showing an increase in cleaved PARP-1 levels in HO exposed lungs of TREK-1 ko but not WT when compared to untreated mice. Exposure to HO+MV caused a further increase in cleaved PARP-1 levels in both WT and TREK-1 ko mice, but the effect was more pronounced in TREK-1 ko mice.
