Effect of puerarin on DNA damage in Schwann cells treated with high glucose (HG).

The concentrations of 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), a sensitive and specific marker of oxidative DNA damage, in different groups of Schwann cells were determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
