Curcumin activated JNK signaling pathway in BGC-823 cells. The amounts of curcumin (0 or 20 µM) treated BGC-823 for 24 h with or without NAC (400 µM). Then Western blot was used to assess the expression of antibodies. Control group (0 µM) level was represented as “1.0”.
