Effects of TI-I-174 on MAPKs activation in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of TI-I-174 for 2 h followed by stimulation with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 20 min. Activation of each MAPK was investigated by Western blot analysis using corresponding phosphorylated forms of MAPKs.
