Two-way ANOVA revealed a significant effect of genotype on the growth curves shown in panels A and B (p<0.001 and p<0.01, respectively). **p-value<0.01 and ****p-value<0.0001 vs. AX3 as determined from Bonferroni post-hoc analysis at the indicated time points.
