For Pairwise P value, 0 = significantly different from 0 positive Screener criteria, 1 = significantly different from 1 positive Screener criterion, 2 = significantly different from 2 positive Screener criteria, 3 = significantly different from 3 positive Screener criteria, 4 = significantly different from 4 or 5 positive Screener criteria. All pairwise P values significant at p<.05 (using Tukey’s adjustment for multiple comparisons) and adjusted for age, gender, race/ethnicity, and insurance status.
