MIF promotes NET release. a NETs formed by C57BL6-derived PMNs in response to P. aeruginosa PAO1 stimulation. NETs were visualized by fluorescent DNA-specific staining with SYTOX Green in stimulated neutrophils after fixing and permeabilizing.
