Actin was used as a loading control in each blot. (C) HDAC1 and -2 not HDAC4 co-immunoprecipitated with TRPS1. (D) HDAC1 and -2 coloclaized with TRPS1. (E) Histone 4 K16 acetylation was increased after TRPS1 knockdown.
