Intra-group variation for 4-month-old rate: U-2, 1-2 (significant at p<0.05), U-1 (not significant). For 24-month-old rats: U-2, 1-2 (significant at p<0.05), U-1 (not significant). Inter-group comparisons measured using a Bonferroni post hoc test (significant at p<0.05).
