Col-0 plants were locally treated with 10mM MgCl2 (MOCK), 0.1% MeOH, Pst/AvrRpm1 (AvrRpm1), or with different concentrations of AzA, ONA, or PIM as indicated below the panel. Three days later, systemic leaves were infected with Pst and the resulting Pst titres are shown at 4 dpi. Plotted values are the average ±SD of three replicates each.
