Double 14-3-3 mutant primary root phenotypes on 100mM NaCl and different mannitol concentrations. Plants were grown on 0.5× MS plates for 4 DAS after which they were transferred to medium with or without 100mM NaCl or different concentrations of mannitol and grown an additional 10 d.
