miR-423-3p expression in Hep-2 cell line. A. miR-423-3p expression was detected by real-time RT-PCR. The results showed that expression level of miR-423-3p significantly increased in Hep-2 cell line, compared with normal hypopharyngeal cells (NHPs). B.
