TP53 mutations in endometrial carcinomas and advanced serous ovarian cancers. Exon sequencing data downloaded from the TCGA data portal was used to annotate TP53 mutation types in endometrial cancers and advanced serous ovarian cancers (Brachova et al., Gynecologic Oncology, submitted). LOF = loss of function or null; WT = wild type; oncomorphic = gain of function or oncogenic; unclassified = single point mutations not previously categorized as gain of function (GOF) or oncomorphic.
