Porcine-derived AAVs expressing LacZ were delivered IVTV into mice at a titer of 1 × 10¹¹ gc/mouse, and liver was harvested 28 d.p.i. Livers were frozen with O.C.T., cut into 10 μm sections, and stained with X-gal and eosin. Blue cells are indicative of AAV-LacZ transduced cells. AAV8 was used as a control.
