Stability of CA-sar-TFMA (a) and CA-lys-TFA (b) in the presence of choloylglycine hydrolase. After 4 h, 103.9 ± 2.9% of CA-sar-TFMA remained, with no detectable release of cholic acid. In contrast, 38.9 ± 0.2% of CA-lys-TFA remained after 4 h, with 20.5 ± 0.3% release of cholic acid. Each point represents n = 3 samples.
