Mean circulating levels of kisspeptin and other reproductive hormones during an infusion of kisspeptin-54 to women with HA. Five women with HA each underwent an iv infusion of vehicle or kisspeptin-54 (0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, or 1.0 nmol/kg/h). The duration of the infusion was 480 minutes except at the 1.0 nmol/kg/h kisspeptin-54 dose, which lasted 600 minutes.
