Guinea pig immunization regimen and schedule

Animals (six per group) were immunized with different prime-boost regimens as noted in the table. Each animal received four intramuscular injections of 50 μg of recombinant gp140_CA018 and/or gp41_int-Cys liposomes. Serum samples were taken 2 weeks prior to the immunization study and 2 weeks after each immunization. A terminal sample was collected 4 weeks after the final immunization.
