Temporal pattern of concentrations of de novo and preformed fatty acids and select intermediates of the normal (trans‐11 C18:1) and alternate (trans‐10 C18:1) biohydrogenation pathways in milk fat of cows fed once per day (1× Fed) or in four equal meals every 6 h (4× Fed). Cows were milked every 6 h and data are plotted at the median of the milking interval (MI).
