De‐recruitment (○) versus recruitment (■) threshold was significantly different (P ≤0.05) for knee angle (A) but not medial gastrocnemius (MG) fascicle length (B) (P >0.3). The intraclass correlations (ICC) of the 264 recruitment versus de‐recruitment thresholds were stronger for fascicle length (C, ICC = 0.78) than knee angle (D, ICC = 0.52).
