^aMouse embryonic fibroblasts were treated with 0–40 µM NMUR for 1 h in complete medium or with 0–5 µM BDA for 0.5 h in PBS. The cells were then incubated in fresh complete medium for 7 days at 37 °C prior to DNA extraction. N = number of replicate plates. Data for individual plates are displayed in Supplemental Tables 8 and 9. The data were corrected for the percentage of clonal mutants.
