Only DloEloNFhi MSCs were multipotent (>60%) and consistently exhibited differentiation along all four lineages (Q), whereas MSCs that exhibited either high stiffness (51) or low nuclear fluctuation (NFlo) were limited to differentiation along only the osteogenic and chondrogenic lineages.
