Only D^loE^loNF^hi MSCs were multipotent (>60%) and consistently exhibited differentiation along all four lineages (Q), whereas MSCs that exhibited either high stiffness (51) or low nuclear fluctuation (NF^lo) were limited to differentiation along only the osteogenic and chondrogenic lineages.
