Relationship between higher HOMA2 and regional gray matter volume at cross-section in healthy control, AD, and PD individuals. The color bar represents t values. Statistical parametric maps are overlaid on a canonical brain image. Cross-hairs are on the most significant cluster from the HOMA2 regression. Significant clusters from these three analyses were extracted and plotted against raw HOMA2 values for visual purposes. The coordinates for our voxel-based morphometry results are presented in MNI space.
