Screen images are shown for each of the three web pages that the user will see. The first web page (A) contains a simple form that the user completes and submits. This triggers production of a second web page (B) which contains a summary of the data that has been inputted. The user clicks a button to confirm that this is correct. The allocation procedure is then implemented and a third web page (C) is generated which contains the allocation result. In the example shown, this is to the Control arm of the study.
