(A) Coomassie-stained gel corresponding to trichloroacetic acid precipitated culture supernatants. To compare the complementation efficiency of the different variants, the YopH/M band was quantified by densitometry using MultiGauge software (Fujifilm, Tokyo, Japan). The secretion efficiency has been set to 100 for the strain transformed with the plasmid encoding yscUwt. Quantification results are listed below the gel.
