Effects of capsaicin on differentiating bovine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Cell viability was determined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Our data demonstrate the dose- and time-dependent inhibitory effects of capsaicin (10 μM). Values represent the means±standard error of the mean. * p<0.05. The x-axis indicates the concentration of capsaicin tested. The y-axis indicates the percentage of cell viability. Three experiments were performed for each treatment.
