Antiviral activity of ginsenosides against EV71 in Vero cells. Vero cells were infected with EV71, after which they were treated with the indicated concentrations (0.1–100 μg/mL) of ginsenosides for 48 h. Ribavirin was used as a positive control for antiviral activity. Antiviral activity was assessed using a CPE reduction assay.
