Effects of metformin on SKOV3/DDP cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer cell proliferation. SKOV3-DDP cells were treated with different concentrations of cisplatin and metformin for 72 h, followed by detection of cell proliferation levels using a bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) ELISA kit.
