CCR4 and CCR8 expression by Treg cells. A, Gating of Treg cells from PBMCs. Lymphocytes were gated by means of characteristic side scatter and forward scatter. CD4+ T cells were gated from these lymphocytes. From CD4+ T cells, Treg cells were identified by using CD127 and CD25 markers. CD25 and CD127 gates were defined by using isotype controls.
