IgE-sensitized cells were incubated with Fluo-8 dye at 25°C for 20 min. The cells were washed and stimulated with 1 µM DNP-BSA at 30°C. The average fluorescence intensities (F) of the individual cells were monitored. The data are shown as ΔF/F₀, where F₀ is the basal F value obtained as the average intensity of the individual cells and ΔF is the difference between F and F₀. The data were obtained from three separate experiments (24 cells were monitored in total) and are shown as the means ± s.d.
