Endothelin receptor A blockade promotes vessel sprouting in oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) retinas. P12 OIR mice were injected intravitreally with vehicle (Veh) or BQ-123 (17 μg/μL per eye) and sacrificed on P17. Retinas were dissected, flat mounted, and stained with isolectin B4 (red, blood vessels), and images were taken at high magnification using confocal microscope.
