Limiting dilution experiments for different NMO-IgG populations

Limiting dilution (in ng/μl) of total NMO-IgG (NMO-IgG), NMO-IgG not binding D⁶⁹H expressing cells (NMO-IgG D⁶⁹H(−)), and NMO-IgG binding D⁶⁹H-AQP4 expressing cells (NMO-IgG D⁶⁹H(+)), tested on WT-AQP4 (WT) and D⁶⁹H-AQP4 (D⁶⁹H) expressing cells. Note that NMO-IgG D⁶⁹H (+) represent 2% of total NMO-IgG, and recognizes WT and D⁶⁹H with the same affinity.
