Quality controls. The Abulia patient falls within the normal range of controls for all quality control metrics tested. The atlas registration figure is the spatial correlation between the patients atlas-registered MP-RAGE and the atlas target image. Framewise displacement, DVAR, and SD1 (Power et al., 2014) were calculated after high motion frames were removed.
